And, at the end of the day, your portal is a direct reflection of how efficiently and effectively your institution operates.
Where do I find my portal ID?
You can find your serial number on the bottom of your Portal’s packaging, on your account page, or in your settings. To find your serial number in your settings: From Apps , tap Settings . Tap About.

How do I logout of Blackboard Learn?
It is important to logout of Blackboard Learn when your session is complete. Do this by clicking the logout button at the top right of your Blackboard Learn screen. If you leave Blackboard Learn open – and inactive – in your browser for longer than 8 hours, you may encounter an Expired Session error.
