Warbirds Over the Beach is held at the Military Aviation Museum, 1341 Princess Anne Road, Virginia Beach, VA. Parking is free on-site in our on-field parking, and there is no bus ride needed to get to the parking lot to the air show grounds.
What is it like to visit the war bird museum?
Excellent collection of war birds! A very informed staff and tour guides! The kids had fun and asked lots of questions. Love that they are always expanding the exhibits….can’t wait to see what the watch tower looks like when it’s complete!

Nearly every aircraft on display is in flying condition and you can really tell that it is the main focus of the museum. Every staff member I asked was able to point at a plane and say “I fly that one,” with amazing stories to boot! Definitely worth going out of your way to visit.
