The chrono or stop watch feature lets you start, stop, and continue again to time events. A countdown or heat timer counts down from a set number. These intervals are preset at 1 minute, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 45, and 60 minutes. Shark watches can be set for 12 hour time or 24 hour time.
