Can I get an extension on my easyJet voucher?
If your flight voucher expires between 30 April 2022 – 30 October 2022, it will be extended until 31 October 2022, offering more time to book a flight with us. You don’t need to travel before the voucher expiry date, you just need to book a flight by then.
Can I upgrade my easyJet flight to Flexi?
You can make changes online and on our mobile app (if within +/- 1 day of your original travel date) or via our Customer Services Team up to 2 hours before departure. You can also make changes at the airport. Please note you cannot make changes to your Flexi booking within the first 24 hours after purchase.

Vouchers must not be issued as an alternative to cash refunds without your written consent. If you received vouchers you didn’t want and the airline refuses to exchange them for cash, you should complain to the airline’s Alternative Dispute Resolution service (ADR).
Why can’t I use my easyJet voucher online?
The voucher can only be used on easyJet.com using the same easyJet account as the original booking. Not available on the mobile app. The voucher code must be entered on the payment page prior to completion of the booking.

Easyjet’s price promise guarantees that if you do find the same flight for less after booking, you’ll get the difference back as a credit voucher, which you have to use within six months. You’ll need to have booked direct though, and you won’t get the difference back if the lower price you’ve found is a sale price.
Is easyJet comfortable with the term’loop-hole’?
I presume Easyjet are well aware of this so called “loop-hole” and are quite comfortable with it, or they would modify their terms & conditions relating thereto accordingly.
